This awesome and demanding tour will explore 3 Colombian states on the central cordillera de Los Andes: Tolima, Caldas and Antioquia. Home to Cacaito Rodríguez, Rigoberto Urán, Sergio Higuita and many more. We'll climb El Sifón (Nevado del Ruiz) up to 4,150m, bathe in natural hot springs, visit coffee farms and ride through the most beautiful little towns of Caldas and southwest Antioquia. Distance: 435km and 9,600mt of climbing in 7 riding days (MAX elevation — you can shorten each ride). Dates: 1st until 10th of December 2026. Arrival (Bogotá) and departure (Medellín). ITINERARY - Dec 1: Pick-up at your hotel in Bogotá, drive and descend towards Mariquita. - Dec 2: El Sifón / Nevado del Ruiz from Armero — 5 climate zones up to 4,150m. Hot springs at Termales del Otoño. - Dec 3: Easy ride (or ~1,000mt option) + Coffee & Cacao farm tour near Manizales. - Dec 4: Manizales – Aranzazu / Salamina (1,500–2,000mt). - Dec 5: Salamina – Pácora – Aguadas, home of the "aguadeño" hat (~2,000mt). - Dec 6: Rest day. Pool with the best view, or visit the towns around. - Dec 7: Big hard climb to Jericó, one of the most beautiful towns in Antioquia. - Dec 8: Rest day. Cardamom tour and an afternoon visit to Jardín. - Dec 9: Jericó – Venecia. Last hard day in the saddle! Natural pool at Cerro Tusa. - Dec 10: Fruit tour in Venecia's market and drive to Medellín (arrival ~3pm).
